Summer Cranberry Sangria

Steps
1. In a saucepan add cranberry juice, cinnamon, cloves and orange zest. Bring to a slow simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Allow to cool and refrigerate until cold.
3. In a jug add ice, fresh fruit, mint, orange juice and white wine. Top up with the chilled cranberry juice mixture and stir. Keep some fresh fruit aside for serving.
4. Place a slice of orange, fresh strawberries, mint into a glass. Pour over the sangria and garnish with a slice of lime.
