Steps

Preheat oven to 180ËšC. Place apple, caster sugar, Low Sugar Cranberry and Cran¢Raspberry„¢ fruit drinks in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir to dissolve sugar, bring to the boil and cook for 10“15 minutes or until apple is tender.

Remove apple with a slotted spoon and set aside. Cook the juice mixture for a further 15 minutes or until thickened slightly. Return apple to pan, add berries and stir to combine. Place into 4 x 1 cup-capacity ovenproof dishes and place on a baking tray.

Place the flour and brown sugar in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the butter and use your fingertips to rub it into the flour mixture. Add the Craisins® and oats and mix well.

Spoon on top of the fruit mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or yoghurt.
